How to make it


WHITE CAKE
01. Place the Zeelandia Prime Cake, eggs, milk, and oil in the mixer and mix on low speed (speed 1) for approximately 1 minute or until homogenized. Use a paddle attachment.
02. Beat on medium speed (speed 2) for approximately 5 more minutes.
03. Pour into a rectangular mold (42 x 32 x 5 cm) previously lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface of the batter.
04. Bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes in a deck oven.
05. Unmold. Set aside.

CHOCOLATE CAKE
01. Place the Zeelandia Prime ChocoCake, eggs, milk, and oil in the mixer and mix on low speed (speed 1) for approximately 1 minute or until homogenized. Use a paddle attachment.
02. Beat on medium speed (speed 2) for approximately 5 more minutes.
03. Pour into a rectangular mold (42 x 32 x 5 cm) previously lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface of the batter.
04. Bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes in a deck oven.
05. Unmold. Set aside.


01. Adjust the height of the cakes so that they are 2 cm tall (Figure 1).
02. Cut the cakes into strips of 2 cm in width (Figure 2).
03. For the first layer, join 3 strips of the cakes with dulce de leche alternating the colors (white/chocolate/white) (Figures 3 and 4). Spread a thin layer of dulce de leche over the first layer of cake.
04. For the second layer, join 3 strips of the cakes, reversing the colors from the previous order (chocolate/white/chocolate). Place on top of the first layer of cake and spread a thin layer of dulce de leche (Figure 5).
05. For the third layer, join 3 strips of the cakes with dulce de leche alternating the colors (white/chocolate/white). Place on top of the second layer of cake (Figure 6).
06. Cover the cakes with a thin layer of dulce de leche. Set aside (Figure 7).

FINISHING
01. Heat the Chocolatier ChocoNut in a water bath or microwave until the desired consistency is achieved.
02. Cover the cakes with the Chocolatier ChocoNut (Figure 8).

Tips


- Alternative baking:
* Turbo Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Quickly place the Prime Cake in the oven to avoid losing temperature and keep the fan off for 15 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
