Process
01. Place the Zeelandia Prime Cake and margarine in the mixer.
02. Mix on low speed (speed 1) for approximately 1 minute or until homogenized. Use a paddle attachment.
03. Add the eggs and milk and mix on low speed (speed 1) for approximately 1 minute.
04. Beat on medium speed (speed 2) for approximately 2 minutes.
05. Using a piping bag with a plain tip, pipe the batter (approximately 15 g) onto baking sheets previously lined with parchment paper.
06. Bake at 180°C for approximately 17 minutes in a convection oven on a French bread tray.
07. Cool.
01. Place the Chocolatier ChocoNut and cream in a bowl and mix until homogenized.
02. Using a piping bag with a plain tip, apply the reserved filling (approximately 15 g) to one of the Whoopie halves.
03. Join the Whoopie half with filling to the other half without filling.
01. Apply colorful sprinkles to the exposed part of the filling.

* Turbo Oven: 140°C for approximately 15 minutes.
