Stuffed Carrot Cake

Process
01. Place the Zeelandia Carrot Cake in the mixer.
02. Add the water, eggs, and oil and mix on low speed (speed 1) for approximately 1 minute or until homogeneous. Use a paddle beater.
03. Beat on high speed (speed 2) for approximately 3 minutes.
04. Pour into a rectangular mold (38 x 25 x 4 cm) previously lined with parchment paper.
05. Bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes in a stone oven.
06. Let cool. Set aside.
FILLING
01. Place the Chocolatier ChocoNut and the cream in a bowl and mix until homogeneous.
02. Set aside.
ASSEMBLY
01. Slice the reserved carrot cake into 3 equal layers.
02. Spread part of the reserved filling (600 g) over one layer of the carrot cake.
03. Place the second layer of carrot cake over the filling.
04. Spread the remaining reserved filling (600 g) over the second layer of carrot cake.
05. Place the third layer of carrot cake over the filling.
06. Set aside.
FINISHING
01. Heat the Chocolatier ChocoBlanc and the Chocolatier ChocoNut separately in a water bath or microwave until the desired consistency is reached. Set aside.
02. Cover the surface of the cake with the Chocolatier ChocoBlanc and the Chocolatier ChocoNut.
03. Using a spatula, blend the chocolates.
