Tropical Roll Cake

Ingredients

250 mlLiquid Milk

How to make it


PREPARATION
01. Place the Zeelandia Cake Tropical, eggs, and milk in the mixer and mix on low speed (speed 1) for approximately 1 minute. Use a paddle attachment.
02. Beat on medium speed (speed 2) for approximately 3 minutes.
03. Pour the batter into a previously lined (with parchment paper) baking tray (60 x 40 x 2 cm).
04. Bake at 200ºC for approximately 8 minutes in a deck oven.
05. Cool.
06. With the help of a spatula, spread 600 g of Red Fruit Filling over the cake.
07. Roll it up into a log shape.
08. Cut into 4 pieces of approximately 14 cm each.
09. Set aside.


01. Place the Zeelandia Prime Choco Cake, eggs, milk, and oil in the mixer.
02. Mix on low speed (speed 1) for approximately 1 minute or until homogeneous. Use a paddle attachment.
03. Beat on medium speed (speed 2) for approximately 5 minutes.
04. Place 100g of batter into previously greased baby loaf pans (15x12x9 cm high).
05. Add the reserved rolls and add 350g of batter.
06. Bake at 160ºC for approximately 1 hour in a deck oven. Cool.
07. Use a serrated knife to cut into slices.

Tips


- Alternate baking:
* Turbo Oven: 180ºC for approximately 6 minutes.
- Alternate baking:
* Turbo Oven: turbo oven 140ºC for approximately 50 minutes.
- The Rolls can be topped with ChocoNut Chocolatier, Chocoblanc Chocolatier, Chocomilk Chocolatier, Fondant, etc.
