450 gCream Cheese
650 gReady Whipped Cream

200 gEggs

20 mlSyrup for Moistening Cakes (Recipe 000762)
10 gCocoa Powder

How to make it


PREPARATION
01. Beat the Zeelandia Cake Cappuccino and eggs for approximately 4 minutes on high speed (speed 3) with the paddle attachment.
02. Pour the batter into a 60x40cm pan lined with parchment paper, spreading it with a spatula.
03. Bake at 210ºC for 12 minutes in a deck oven.
04. Let cool.
05. Cut the sheet into 2 pieces of 30x20cm.
06. Set aside.

CREAM
01. Place the whipped cream, cream cheese, and Chocoblanc in the mixer and mix on low speed (speed 1) until homogenized. Use the whisk attachment.
02. Beat on medium speed (speed 2) for approximately 3 minutes or until whipped.
03. Set aside.

01. Use a metal frame of 30x20x5cm that has been previously greased and dusted with granulated sugar.
02. Place one part of the sheet at the bottom of the metal frame, moisten with syrup, and spread part of the cream (approximately 600g) using a spatula.
03. Cover with another part of the sheet, moisten with syrup, and apply the rest of the cream. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
04. Unmold, sift cocoa powder over it, and cut to the desired size.

Tips


:
- Alternative baking: 190ºC for 10 minutes in a convection oven.:
- A little rum or sweet wine can be added to the syrup for moistening.
