20 gFat-Soluble Powder Dye for Red Chocolate

How to make it


COLOUR COATING
01. Place the Chocolatier ChocoBlanc in a container and heat in a water bath or microwave until the desired consistency is reached.
02. Add the fat-soluble red chocolate dye and mix until homogeneous.
03. Set aside.

Tips


- Apply to cover cakes, pies, roulades, donuts, and éclairs or as desired.
- The fat-soluble red chocolate dye can be replaced with the desired color.

COLORED SWIRL COATING
01. Heat the Chocolatier ChocoBlanc in a water bath or microwave until the desired consistency is reached.
02. Cover a cake that has been previously coated with Chanty Creme Chantilly Pronto to taste with the Chocolatier ChocoBlanc.
03. Using a brush, flick the reserved colour coating onto the surface of the cake.

COLORED CHOCOBLANC
01. Heat the Chocolatier ChocoBlanc in a water bath or microwave until the desired consistency is reached.
02. Cover a cake that has been previously coated with Chanty Creme Chantilly Pronto to taste with the Chocolatier ChocoBlanc.
03. Using a piping bag, make lines on the surface of the cake with the reserved colour coating.
