Cuca Cake with Prime Cake

Ingredients

400 gEggs
250 gOil
250 mlLiquid Milk

How to make it


PREPARATION
01. Place the Zeelandia Prime Cake, eggs, milk, and oil in the mixer.
02. Mix on low speed (speed 1) for approximately 1 minute or until homogeneous. Use a paddle attachment.
03. Beat on medium speed (speed 2) for approximately 5 minutes.
04. Place 470 g of batter in each pre-greased round pan (20 cm diameter x 5 cm height).
05. Set aside.

FINISHING
01. Mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, cornstarch, and margarine until it forms a crumb mixture. Set aside.
02. Cut the grapes in half. Set aside.
03. Using a pastry bag with a serrated tip, apply approximately 200 g of Zeelandia Sweetened Condensed Milk Filling and spread over each cake layer.
04. Scatter approximately 150 g of the reserved grapes over the Sweetened Condensed Milk Filling.
05. Sprinkle approximately 160 g of the reserved crumb mixture over the grapes.
05. Bake at 180°C for approximately 1 hour in a deck oven.

Tips


- Alternative baking:
* Turbo Oven: 150°C for approximately 50 minutes.
- Grapes can be replaced with other fruits (banana, apple, pineapple, plum, peach, fig, etc.).
- After removing from the oven, it is recommended to cool the Cuca Cake in the pan for approximately 15 minutes. Unmold with the help of a spatula.
