Pumpkin Tart with Dried Meat

Ingredients

300 mlLiquid Milk
500 gMinas Padrão Cheese (Semi-Cured)
200 gEggs

Part Recheio

1.5 KgCooked Pumpkin
150 mlWater
100 gChopped Parsley
750 gCooked and Shredded Dried Meat
300 gChopped Onion

How to make it


FILLING
01. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a hot skillet and sauté the chopped onion (150 g) until golden.
02. Add the cooked pumpkin and water, cooking over low heat for approximately 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
03. Stir in the chopped parsley (60 g), salt, and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
04. In another hot skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the remaining chopped onion (150 g) until golden. Remove from heat.
05. Add the cooked and shredded dried meat and the remaining chopped parsley (40 g), mixing until well combined. Set aside.

TIP
- Cream cheese such as catupiry can be added to the cooked and shredded dried meat to make it creamier.

PREPARATION
01. Grate the Minas padrão cheese (semi-cured).
02. Place Zeelandia Chipa in the mixer and add the grated cheese, eggs, and milk, mixing at medium speed (speed 2) for approximately 3 minutes. Use a paddle attachment.
03. Line each tart pan (8 cm diameter x 2.5 cm height) with the dough.
04. Add approximately 50 g of the reserved pumpkin filling and 25 g of the meat filling to each tart.
05. Bake at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes in a deck oven.

TIP
- Alternative baking:
* Turbo Oven: 160°C for approximately 20 minutes.
