- Sugar, enriched wheat flour with iron and folic acid, modified starch, cocoa powder, carob powder, iodized refined salt,
- Dosage
- 100% (used as the recipe calculation base).
- Preparation Method
- Mix 2 kg of Prime ChocoCake, 800 g of eggs, 500 g of oil, and 500 ml of milk in a mixer. Use a paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed for approximately 5 minutes. Place 450 g in a previously greased loaf pan (20 x 10 x 6 cm). Mark the cake using a spatula moistened with oil. Bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes in a deck oven.
