- Sugar, enriched wheat flour with iron and folic acid, breadcrumbs, vegetable fat, modified starch, ground cinnamon, cocoa powder, ground nutmeg, iodized refined salt,

- Preparation Method
- Mix 2 kg of Spice Cake, 800 ml of milk, and 800 g of eggs in a mixer. Use a paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed for approx. 3 minutes. Pour 880 g into a previously greased rectangular mold (27 x 19.5 x 4 cm). Bake at 170ºC for approx. 50 minutes in a convection oven.
